After purchasing a flash you will receive instructions on where and how to ship your phone.

Before you ship the phone to us...

Make sure the data port on the phone you are shipping has no damage or corrosion, (if u don't know what this is then email us with your model # and we will tell you where to look).

Also make sure the battery is fully charged (if we have to charge it that will delay the shipment back to you).

Make sure the phone you are sending to us works!

Package it well and purchase Insurance! - Email us when you ship it.

Check to see if you are in a TriBand area by calling Cricket or going to their website. Tri-Band Cricket markets requiring new technology and you will need a tri-band phone which has the new technology.

YOU CAN NOT USE A FLASHED PHONE IN A TRIBAND AREA.

Shipping your phone back to you...

We have a 24hr turn around on phones sent to us during the week. On some phones we will need the Cricket number that will be used on the phone to fully program it.

Once we have the Cricket number (if needed) your phone will be back in the mail and coming home within 24 hours!

We will provide programming instructions for every phone that we flash, so you won't have any problem activating it on Cricket.
